In order to promote consistent messaging and guarantee successful transmission of the company's brand and important themes, you will work closely with a variety of teams within the business.
• Organize the acquisition of necessary marketing supplies for company growth. • Help every unit get the things they need to maintain brand compliance. • Event Management: To promote the company's services, help with the coordination of the planning, setting up, and running of business gatherings, conferences, and seminars. • Help Senior Management by recommending sponsorship projects and organizing and classifying sponsorship letters. • Aid in the creation and upkeep of a successful alumni relationship. • Help establish and maintain any connections with external stakeholders • Organize the Chambers' and the company's efforts to create mutually beneficial commercial partnerships. • Assure accurate record-keeping and timely information retrieval about correspondence with clients and other parties. • Establish and preserve connections with important parties, such as clients, trade groups, and media partners. • Create reports on essential operations on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Prepare, compile, and create ad hoc reports for Africa and West Africa. • Database management - oversee the IBS CNO workstream, which includes staff training design and facilitation. • Check and confirm that the opportunities reported in IBS are accurate. • Create the IBS Report and distribute it. • Promote adherence to the IBS use guidelines.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline. Having a master's degree helps. • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to condense complicated material into messages that are easy to understand. • Outstanding event and project management abilities, including the capacity to handle several projects at once, prioritize work, and fulfill deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills, the capacity to form bonds with stakeholders at all levels, and the capacity to work together productively. • Innovative problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, results-driven mentality. • Experience overseeing a group of people and mentoring, coaching, and leading younger team members.
