IELTS Instructor

Overview

In addition to developing lesson plans and instructing students in English, the IELTS instructor will be in charge of getting them ready for the test. The job entails giving pupils a top-notch educational experience while teaching English as a foreign language.

Responsibilities

• Teaching IELTS preparation classes to students, focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. • Developing and implementing lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of students at various proficiency levels. • Assessing students' language abilities and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills. • Conducting mock exams and providing feedback on students' performance to help them prepare for the actual IELTS test. • Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their desired IELTS scores. • Staying up-to-date with the latest IELTS test format, content, and assessment criteria. • Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and learning styles.

Requirements

• English instruction and English instruction for foreign speakers • Strong teaching and communication abilities Proficiency in IELTS exam preparation Experience in lesson planning • Outstanding command of both written and spoken English • A bachelor's degree in linguistics, education, English, or a similar discipline; preferably with experience working with non-native English speakers • A bonus is having TESOL or CELTA certification.
