Daily duties pertaining to finance, communication, customer service, sales, and business relationship management will fall under the purview of the Relationship Officer.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth. • Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions and support. • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, delivery, support) to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and solutions. • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide insights and advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
