Overview

In order to improve the company's internal and external communications, you will be instrumental in creating and putting into practice comprehensive communication plans. Outstanding communication abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to successfully manage several projects and stakeholders are prerequisites for this role. In order to promote consistent messaging and guarantee successful transmission of the company's brand and important themes, you will work closely with a variety of teams within the business.

Responsibilities

• Create and put into action communication plans to inform internal and external stakeholders about the company's mission, offerings, and brand. • Produce and oversee the creation of engaging content for a range of media platforms, including as websites, intranets, press releases, newsletters, and social media. • Create thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and other materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and the leadership to establish the organization as a reliable resource for the industry. • Oversee the production, scheduling, monitoring, and interaction of the company's content on social media channels. • To ensure that your firm receives favorable media attention, proactively seek out possibilities for coverage and cultivate connections with media outlets. • Establish and preserve connections with important parties, such as clients, trade groups, and media partners. • Track and evaluate communication initiatives to assess their efficacy and provide recommendations for enhancements based on input and information. • To assess the success of communication initiatives and make recommendations for enhancements based on user feedback and data insights, track and evaluate them. • Keep abreast of market developments, new technology, and best practices in corporate communications to consistently improve your company's communication tactics. • Oversee and guide a group of communicators, encouraging their career development and guaranteeing excellent output.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any business-related subject, including marketing, public relations, journalism, and communications. The ideal degree is a master's. • A track record of success (5+ years) in marketing/brand communications, public relations, corporate communications, or comparable jobs; best suited for a consultancy or professional services setting. • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to condense complicated material into messages that are easy to understand. • Outstanding event and project management abilities, including the capacity to handle several projects at once, prioritize work, and fulfill deadlines. • In creating and putting into practice winning communication plans across a range of media, including social media and digital. • Knowledge in public relations and track record of obtaining favorable media attention. • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, among other digital marketing platforms and tools. • Strong interpersonal skills, the capacity to form bonds with stakeholders at all levels, and the capacity to work together productively. • Innovative problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, results-driven mentality. • Experience overseeing a group of people and mentoring, coaching, and leading younger team members.
