• Oversee the creation and continuous administration of client management and internal daily operations. • Make sure all client communications and support procedures are set up appropriately to encourage trust in Concentrix goods and services. • Create, alter, and eventually supervise internal procedures for operations review, change management, and financial control. • Create and oversee yearly operating plans and spending plans that complement the corporate strategy of Concentrix as well as the plans of the business units. Performance and profitability are the main priorities, although new growth is also encouraged. • Keep up and continually improve a structure and organization that best meets the demands of Concentrix clients, staff, and investors while also improving overall organizational operational effectiveness. • Develop and put into action strategic customer operation plans that maximize the company's resource and financial performance. The strategies ought to satisfy the demands of the clients by concentrating on the prompt execution of exceptional personalized solutions via the innovative utilization of the company's primary reusable resources. • Oversee the tracking and analysis of pertinent customer data to deliver precise information on financial, resource, and operational performance forecasts.
