Sales And Customer Care Rep

Overview

The duties of the Sales and Customer Care Representative will include making sure that clients are effectively communicated with, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and offering exceptional customer assistance. In addition, the position entails marketing our goods and services to prospective clients and engaging in sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. • Generating new sales leads and converting them into customers. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. • Identifying and upselling/cross-selling opportunities to increase sales revenue. • Providing product knowledge and solutions to meet customer needs. • Handling customer complaints and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

o Experience meeting and surpassing sales goals, ideally in an area involving information technology. o Competence in deal closure, lead generating, prospecting, and negotiating. o Addresses consumer concerns by looking at issues and coming up with fixes o Follows and puts into practice corporate rules and processes o High levels of customer satisfaction, customer support, and interpersonal skills o Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with clients across a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings o Shown sales expertise and product promotion skills o Outstanding conflict mediation and problem-solving abilities o Capacity to function both individually and as a team o It is advantageous to have prior telematics industry expertise. o A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferable, although a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary.
