The entry-level post of Sales Graduate Trainee is intended for recent graduates who have a strong desire to pursue a career in sales within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. In order to prepare the trainee for future leadership roles in sales, they will go through an extensive training program that blends professional growth, mentorship, and practical experience.
Education and Training: • Take part in organized training programs including market analysis, customer relationship management, product understanding, and sales strategies. • To obtain useful insights into the sales process, shadow seasoned salespeople and sales managers. Sales Tasks: • Contribute to the creation and implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational goals. • Assist the sales team in finding and contacting new clients by conducting market research and generating leads. • Give potential customers product demos and sales presentations. • Maintain and nurture ties with current clients to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and allegiance. Examination of the Market: • To see possibilities and dangers, keep an eye on consumer preferences, rival activity, and market trends. • Based on consumer information, provide comments and recommendations for future product development and enhancements. Documentation and Reporting: • Keep thorough records of your interactions with customers, sales activity, and pipeline management. • Prepare presentations and reports on sales on a regular basis for the sales management team to evaluate. Working together: • Assure smooth sales initiative implementation by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from marketing, product development, and customer care. • To promote professional development and team cohesiveness, take part in business activities, training sessions, and team meetings.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration, marketing, or sales. • Experience: It's a bonus if you're a recent graduate with sales, marketing, or customer service internship or cooperative experience. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Outstanding time-management and organizing skills. • Analytical thinking combined with a talent for fixing issues. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite. • A readiness to pick things up quickly and adjust in a fast-paced setting.
