TELECOM POWER ENGINEER

Overview

The chosen candidate will be in charge of making sure power providers are operating successfully by managing, inspecting, and maintaining power infrastructure in a preventive and corrective manner.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring that the necessary KPIs and Service Level Agreements are delivered within the zone's service schedules. • Directly in charge of overseeing the Power Vendors' work audit and pursuing ongoing improvement. • Helps partners do the project tasks they have requested within the zones estimated cost constraints. • Helps oversee and direct projects for ongoing improvement and related activities, taking responsibility for achieving the related cost-benefit within the zone. • Helps oversee the zone's retained operations delivery team, guaranteeing adherence to health and safety regulations everywhere. • Helps control the demands and power needs of the zone's retained exchanges. • Actively encourages adherence to all commitments and the organization's norms of conduct.

Requirements

• Electrical and electronic engineering degree or HND • Four to six years' experience in the telecom power industry. • Thorough familiarity with operational KPIs, procedures, and telecommunications services, as well as a deep comprehension of how these relate to client experiences. • High level of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills along with engineering and quality standards knowledge. • Exceptional data analytics and Microsoft Office skills. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities are required. • Needs the eye of an auditor. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities along with outstanding stakeholder management. • Exposure to a workplace that is multicultural.
