Podcast and Branding Administrator

Overview

In your capacity as an administrator for podcasting and branding, you will be essential to the management and promotion of our podcast channel as well as the maintenance of brand visibility and consistency throughout all podcast-related activities. In this role, the production of podcasts, audience interaction, and content alignment with our branding initiatives are all under supervision.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire podcast episode production process, from planning to finishing off post-production work. Organize guest appearances, manage the release of each episode, and enhance the content's searchability and audience reach. Ensure that the content of podcast episodes adheres to specified branding rules in order to maintain brand consistency. Use different platforms to advertise podcast episodes in order to grow your audience's engagement and number of listeners. Track and evaluate podcast performance indicators to evaluate the influence on audience expansion and brand recognition. Work together with the marketing team to incorporate podcast material into our broader marketing and branding plans. Create and implement plans to improve brand awareness and identification through podcasting endeavors.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, media studies, or a related field. Prior experience in podcast production, branding, or content creation preferred. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with podcast production tools and platforms. Knowledge of branding principles and strategies. Experience in content promotion and audience engagement. Analytical skills to interpret podcast performance metrics. Strong brand promotion and storytelling abilities.
