Platform Manager

Overview

A hands-on manager with the ability to work cross-functionally with team members, inventory specialists, warehouse operations, and other departments within the company is needed for this role. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the marketplace platform, initiate new initiatives, work with others on future plans and prospects, and produce the reports required to support ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and streamline listings, marketing and sales, supply chain and inventory management, customer support, and order fulfillment. • Perform a competitive pricing analysis and finish the actions necessary to get the product ready for sale. • Analyze data, keep an eye on account health, and track performance to produce insights that can be put to use. • The position is in charge of overseeing daily sales, inventory, supply chain, and suggestion assortment. • Examine information, patterns, and client comments to find areas that can be developed and enhanced. • Maintain tight collaboration with internal departments to guarantee product information accuracy and maximize product visibility through listing optimization. • Reporting on outcomes, including short- and long-term goals in connection to performance toward goals, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Carry out additional relevant tasks as given.

Requirements

• Needs to be Intense and Determined • Requires strong marketing abilities • A minimum weekly sales objective must be met, and strong data entry and analytical skills are required. • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency; remarkable problem-solving and negotiating abilities; and the ability to work remotely as well as on-site • Have to have a reliable internet connection.
