Behaviour Technician

Overview

In order to offer one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy services and in-school assistance when necessary, The Behaviour Hub is seeking to hire, train, and engage Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that authorized programs are run on time, adhere to the prescribed sheet, IEP, and protocol. • Accurately capture acquisition, upkeep, and behavior data. • On the data input app or sheet for the case client, summarize data every day or every week. • Compile, document, and condense information on observed client behavior. • On request, provide support for teaching parents and caregivers in accordance with the client's customized treatment plan and behavior reduction techniques. • Ensure that the workspace and therapeutic areas are tidy, secure, and well-maintained. • Strong interpersonal, coordination, cooperation, and writing abilities

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in an associated discipline, such as applied behavior analysis, psychology, or special education • Working with kids that have special needs in the past is preferred. • Professional Behavior Technicians with at least a year of work experience
