Shop Attendant / Sales Assistant ( Male)

Overview

To join our team, we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused shop attendant/sales assistant. The ideal applicant will be in charge of helping clients, keeping the store tidy, stocking items, and helping to meet overall sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Be amiable and professional while greeting and helping clients. • Give consumers product details, respond to their questions, and make recommendations. • Run cash registers and process payments precisely. • Preserve the store's order and cleanliness, including the shelves and displays. • Stock shelves and restock goods as necessary. • Keep an eye on stock levels and notify the supervisor of any shortfalls. • Help with package receipt and unpacking. • Work together as a team to surpass sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service. • Observe all business regulations and procedures, especially those pertaining to safety. • Carry out additional responsibilities as given by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• While not necessary, prior experience in retail, customer service, or a similar industry is recommended. • Basic mathematical abilities and competence with currency transactions • Must be a graduate of high school or its equivalent. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Capacity to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced work setting. • Strong focus on providing client service.
