Overview

To expand our team, we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned assistant shop manager. In order to help the shop manager monitor daily operations, manage workers, guarantee customer happiness, and boost sales performance, the assistant shop manager will be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Help the shop manager with the daily management of the store. • Teach and oversee retail employees to provide outstanding customer service. • Make sure everything about the store runs smoothly and effectively, including product replenishment and inventory management. • Track sales results and put plans into action to meet sales goals. • Respond to consumer questions, grievances, and reviews promptly and professionally. • Keep your retail atmosphere neat, orderly, and visually attractive. • Use marketing and advertising campaigns to increase foot traffic and revenue. • Assist with regularly conducting performance reviews and giving employees feedback. • Respect all business policies and procedures, particularly those pertaining to health and safety.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a related position or in retail management. • Strong team management and leadership abilities. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • A track record of exceeding sales goals and fostering corporate expansion. • Competence in retail operations and inventory management. • The capacity to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends. • HND or its equivalent; further retail management training is advantageous.
