Overview

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic people to work as intern learning facilitators. In your work as a learning facilitator, you will be instrumental in developing and carrying out educational initiatives that cater to the educational requirements of underprivileged kids. This internship program provides practical experience in child development, community engagement, and education.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out lessons and interesting activities for kids that align with the goals of the program. • Establish a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages development. • Collaborate closely with program coordinators to provide resources and curricula. • Give pupils one-on-one assistance and direction as required. • Track and assess each student's development, modifying instruction as needed to accommodate different learning styles. • Work together with volunteers and other team members to make sure the program is successful. • Keep precise records of the attendance and involvement of your students.

Requirements

• A love of learning and a dedication to enhancing the circumstances of underprivileged kids. • Good communication skills and the capacity to establish a connection with kids from different backgrounds. • Empathy, tolerance, and the capacity to collaborate well with kids who are dealing with a variety of difficulties. • Exceptional organizing and time management abilities. • Ability to dedicate one hour per week for three months, twice a week. • While not necessary, prior experience dealing with children or in educational settings is appreciated.
