Overview

In order to keep important and current clients, you will refine your communication and management abilities as an Associate Account Manager. Managing the client's expectations, supervising the delivery process, and making sure the client's needs are satisfied promptly will be your key responsibilities. As part of your job, you will develop a thorough understanding of the scope of the different account types, which include Professional Services, Bulk Messaging, Software Subscription, Customized Software Services, Business Intelligence & Insights, and so on. You will also collaborate with all team members to support and ensure that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with agreed project deliverables.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Business Development • Create slide decks, give talks, and distribute marketing materials to inform partners and stakeholders about the progress of a project or account. • Interact with many stakeholders such as local agribusinesses, global Traders and Manufacturers, cooperatives, NGOs, and government institutions. Ensure that all pertinent parties are kept informed about the progress of the project in an easy-to-understand manner. • Make client accounts visible and provide pertinent case studies for branding and marketing objectives. • In order to guarantee that Farmerline obtains the best position as a service provider for a particular client, support customer acquisition efforts by evaluating information and resource requirements during the proposal, customer evaluation, and supplier selection stages. Project Organizing • Assign 80% of your weekly time to making sure all accounting tasks are completed and project deliverables are executed quickly and effectively while keeping an eye on budget formulation and monitoring. • Make recommendations for and contributions to ongoing SOP and workflow procedure improvement, and assume accountability for seeing that the latter are put into practice. • Teach team members about Mergdata features and products, assist in creating user manuals and guides, supervise client account management, and monitor quality assurance metrics. • Make that work plans are prepared and carried out in accordance with contracts and other pertinent legal documents. Customer Support • As the project moves forward, continue to evaluate the demands of the client and the company's goals in order to create efforts that will boost customer retention and satisfaction. • Develop more enduring business ties with clients, winning their trust and boosting their loyalty • Collaborate closely with the Unit Head, Design, and Engineering teams to prioritize partner requests, handle customer feedback, and develop a scalable process. • Assist the Head of Unit and the Farmer Services team in ensuring the seamless execution of an exit strategy for project accounts that necessitate Farmerline sustains activities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline. • A benefit is having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Three or more years of experience overseeing or helping to oversee short- or long-term field projects. • Outstanding coordination and project management abilities; capacity to define success metrics, devise plans to reach metrics, and inspire team members to engage fully. • Strong presenting and writing abilities, particularly in the areas of report and budget writing. • Sophisticated PowerPoint and Excel. • Cross-cultural sensitivity and strategic adaptability, especially under duress. • Problem-solving and time management abilities.
