Monitoring and Data Analyst

Overview

This position includes keeping an eye on project performance, spotting trends, and guaranteeing data accuracy to help our projects succeed overall.

Responsibilities

Gathering and Handling Data: • Create and put into place data gathering procedures to ensure that project activities yield pertinent information. • Verify the timeliness, correctness, and completeness of the data inputs from several sources. • Work together with project teams to identify effective data collection methods and comprehend data requirements. Analyzing and Interpreting Data: • Utilizing statistical techniques and instruments, conduct sophisticated data analysis to derive significant insights. • Analyze project data to find trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Make reports and visualizations to share findings with interested parties. • To evaluate the performance of a project, establish key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a similar field. The ideal degree is a master's. • A track record of success in data analysis, ideally in a function akin to monitoring and assessment. • Proficiency with R, Python, or comparable statistical analytic software. • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to decipher large data sets and derive insightful conclusions. • Proficiency in formulating and executing data gathering procedures, encompassing comprehension of survey approaches and data verification methods. • Proficient at conveying information to stakeholders in an understandable and succinct manner. • A focus on precision and a dedication to the integrity and quality of data. • Ability to efficiently handle several tasks and priorities while cooperating with others in a team setting.
