As a Senior People Development Officer, your role would involve designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and growth within the organization. You would be responsible for conducting training programs, assessing training needs, and collaborating with various departments to develop and execute development initiatives. Your focus would be on fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs. • Identifying training needs and conducting training needs assessments. • Developing and delivering engaging training sessions and workshops. • Collaborating with departments to create individualized development plans for employees. • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed. • Providing coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth. • Creating and managing talent development initiatives, such as leadership development programs. • Facilitating performance management processes and providing guidance on employee development goals. • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. • Collaborating with HR and management to create a culture of continuous learning and development.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs. • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions. • Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored development plans for employees. • Experience in performance management and talent development initiatives. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders. • Strategic thinking and the ability to align development programs with organizational goals. • Familiarity with learning management systems and other training tools. • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
