Human Resources Intern

Overview

Agile People Operations Interns are needed to expand our team. Employer branding and people operations/HR will fall under the purview of the incumbents.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and Orienting New Personnel • Studies on contemporary HR and talent management techniques • Create reports and content based on the study, and have debriefing meetings with the leadership group. • Internal (house) adoption of new procedures and methods • By utilizing social media marketing strategies, cultivate the organization’s brand on the relevant social media platforms. • Collaborate across functional boundaries with fellow team members to enhance operational support and undertake a variety of tasks. • Work closely with the executive group to offer assistance with any additional initiatives or projects that are critical to the expansion and success of the business.

Requirements

• Students currently pursuing their BBA/MBA/Masters in HR (or any other Bachelor/Master degree with a keen interest in HR/People Operations career) • Students who have graduated and want to build skills in Agile PeopleOps / Agile HR
