Overview

There is a full-time on-site position available for a front desk receptionist. The duties of the Front Desk Receptionist include greeting and helping guests, taking phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, keeping office supplies stocked, and supporting the team administratively. Strong organizational and communication abilities are necessary for the position, as well as the capacity to multitask in a hectic setting.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department. • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar efficiently. • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. • Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. • Providing information to visitors and assisting them with their inquiries. • Maintaining security by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges. • Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed. • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Clerical skills, tasks of a receptionist, and proper phone manners • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • An attitude focused on providing excellent customer service • Strong multitasking and organizing skills • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite • A keen eye for detail and aptitude for solving problems • Prior experience in a related position is advantageous. • A high school degree or its equivalent
