Zonal Sales Representative

Overview

To join our team in Accra, we are looking for motivated Zonal Sales Development Representatives. Your contribution to our Mega Wi-Fi initiative, which targets neglected urban and suburban areas, will be vital to its success. Two ground-breaking services are provided by Mega Wi-Fi: Mega Wi-Fi Hotspot, an outdoor Wi-Fi solution with inexpensive data bundles, and Mega Wi-Fi Swift, an inexpensive, limitless fiber internet service. In addition to helping the marketing team spread the word and generate leads in the assigned areas, your duties also involve hiring and overseeing resellers for both Hotspot and Swift services.

Responsibilities

• Find possible resellers for the Mega Wi-Fi Swift and Mega Wi-Fi Hotspot services. • Carry out branding and activation-related marketing efforts. • Organize communication between our technical personnel and resellers. • Observe and assist reseller performance. • Take the lead in promoting the Mega Wi-Fi initiative and ensuring its success in your area.

Requirements

• An HND or first degree in any field. • A minimum of one year's worth of national service. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain our services to potential resellers. • Strong listening skills, ensuring you understand and react appropriately to reseller needs. • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve organizational goals. • A drive for results, persisting in the face of obstacles and motivating yourself to achieve success. • Accountability, taking ownership of your responsibilities, and meeting deadlines without constant monitoring.
