Overview

In your role as a finance controller, you will collaborate with the nation's business unit, which consists of the business head, sales, and functional leads, to guarantee P&L correctness and transparency and to push the company to meet goals and operational KPIs. Responsibilities

• Controllership: As a controller, you maintain the hygienic state of accounting, bookkeeping, and other systems and procedures in addition to assuring the accurate, timely, and efficient transmission of pertinent information. • Officer of Performance: Your thorough and accurate performance tracking keeps us on schedule. You'll guarantee enhancements to the budgetary method and attain increased predictability of results. • Value Manager: You also oversee and assist with activities aimed at maximizing value (such as interest, trade finance, currency management, etc.). • Co-Strategist: As our strategist, you provide us with outstanding data analytics to support decisions with additional value and assist us in advancing special initiatives to success. Make sure value maximization initiatives (trade finance, interest, etc.) are supported. • Business Financial Insights – Your in-depth knowledge on financial/management accounting principles will help us to accurately reflect the business performance. • Business/ Country Economics & Regulations • Financial Impact on Strategy Execution • Financial Planning & Analysis • Financial & Management Accounting • Assurance, Compliance, and Controls Your capacity to assess risks, ascertain how they will affect the management audit, and create and/or adjust audit procedures as necessary. You make sure that all legal and secretarial requirements are met, and that you operate within the bounds of the applicable statutory audit rules for your firm and country. • Internal Regulators • Measures of Compliance Assurance & Measurement • Reporting and process efficiency: The finance controller exhibits the conceptual capacity to devise and put into place reliable methods and procedures that are appropriate for the industry and nation. Additionally, you demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in budgeting and MIS reporting. • Capability Building: Increase the finance function's capability, expand the pipeline for finance leaders, and make sure that information and skills are transferred effectively so that financial initiatives can be carried out successfully. • Establishing Thought Leadership & Personal Credibility Developing Functional Capability

Requirements

• A certified chartered accountant with 11–13 years of finance expertise in a manufacturing setting, ideally in the FMCG industry. • Experience in FP&A and sales/commercial finance is a must. Understanding OTC and RTR SAP modules is crucial. • You should be a capable leader with good analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. • Value is always added by those who are eager to operate in an unstructured environment and who are prepared to work in a dynamic profile. • It will be advantageous to know how Treasury functions and banks operate. • Your capacity for good communication will be beneficial in this position, particularly while working in a team. • It should be possible for you to comprehend business matters that are not within your area of expertise.
