The Assistant General Manager will be vital to our day-to-day operations, guiding them to meet production goals in an economical and sustainable manner. This role involves overseeing multiple areas of our business, including finance, strategic planning, human resources, and production. The chosen applicant will be expected to encourage a collaborative atmosphere and make sure that employees at all levels are motivated to reach their greatest potential.
• Help the general manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the company. • Create strategic plans to raise operations' quality, productivity, and efficiency. • Make sure that all corporate policies and legal directives are understood and implemented at all times, starting at the top. • Oversee and assist with the execution of business initiatives. • Oversee, instruct, and assess employees; arrange for professional growth and training as required. • Create and deliver reports to upper management regarding overall operations and advancements. • Work with the HR division to make sure that our employees follow health and safety guidelines. • Oversee forecasts and budgets, collaborating closely with the finance division to guarantee that financial objectives are fulfilled.
• A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a similar discipline. • A track record of success in leadership or operational management, ideally in the manufacturing or agriculture industries. • Strong grasp of several business operations, including marketing, finance, and human resources. • Shown ability in business development and strategic planning. • Exceptional leadership and organizing skills. • Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
