• Cafe Staff Supervision: Keep an eye on and plan the work of the baristas, servers, and kitchen crew. Offer direction, assistance, and instruction to guarantee that every member of the team carries out their responsibilities efficiently and respects corporate policies. • Customer service: Make sure you provide exceptional customer service by giving warm greetings, accurately taking orders, and professionally and quickly responding to questions and concerns from consumers. Keep an eye on the quality of the services being provided, and take appropriate measures to meet the needs of your customers. • Control of Food and Beverage Quality: Uphold strict guidelines for the consistency, quality, and presentation of food and drink. To guarantee adherence to company standards and health and safety requirements, conduct routine inspections of the areas used for food preparation and service. • Inventory control: Keep an eye on the amount of food, drink, and supplies in stock to make sure there is never a shortage while cutting expenses and waste. Place orders with vendors, accept deliveries, and precisely update inventory data. • Cash Handling and Financial Management: Manage cash handling processes, such as payment processing, register balance, and daily sales report preparation. To maximize profitability and efficiency, keep an eye on spending and sales performance. • Staff Assignment: Create weekly timetables for the cafe workers while considering the demands of the business, staff availability, and labor budget limitations. Schedules should be adjusted as necessary to account for variations in personnel needs and client traffic. • Ensuring adherence to health and safety requirements, food hygiene standards, and sanitation procedures is vital. Make routine checks of the cafe's grounds to find and fix any risks. • Marketing and Promotions: Help with the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns, special events, and promotions to draw clients and increase sales. Work together to create promotional plans and materials with the marketing team. • Team Building: Encourage teamwork, morale, and productivity among cafe employees while cultivating a positive work atmosphere. Continue to coach and provide feedback to promote professional development and skill advancement.
• Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in management or supervision within the food and beverage sector, ideally in café or restaurant environments. • Leadership Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities, with the capacity to encourage and inspire team members to provide their best effort. Strong delegation abilities and excellent communication skills. • Customer Focus: A strong desire to provide outstanding customer service and make visitors to the café feel special.
