Finance Director

Overview

The Finance Director will be in charge of keeping up-to-date and correct accounting records in compliance with HT/HTG protocols, safeguarding the company's assets and enabling the production of data appropriate for audit and management control. You will be in charge of the Finance Team's performance in meeting organizational, departmental, and HTG Financial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Putting HTG's financial strategy into action • Overseeing the accounting practices and financial controls for the entire company. • Ensuring complete openness regarding the company's financial performance. • Giving guidance on how to lower expenses and boost revenue. • Communicate any hazards in a timely and efficient manner. • Putting up plans of action to guarantee the achievement of yearly budgetary goals. • Assisting the MD in creating monthly and yearly financial strategies. • Preserving billing accuracy and speed as well as customer payments. • Arranging for the creation of tax papers. • Doing the tasks that the MD has set. • In charge of overseeing tax compliance and making sure issues are identified and handled appropriately • Maintaining a favorable actual vs. budget analysis and alerting management to any potential deviations in advance are key components of budget management.

Requirements

• Accounting Bachelor's Degree Qualified Accountant (Final Stage) with an Accredited Accounting Organization • Ten years minimum, five of which must be spent in a senior position. • Postgraduate accounting experience • Experience gained by working for a big company or one that is publicly traded • English proficiency Willingness to travel for work-related purposes. • Corporate Governance in Relation to Business Finance, Accounting, and EBITDA Management Tax and Accounting Compliance Experience with compliance • Skills in negotiating • Able to establish and preserve positive connections with suppliers
