Overview

In addition to managing payroll, staff onboarding, and management, the Finance and HR Officer will be in charge of the business's financial operations. This person will play a key role in making sure that our remote work environment integrates well, utilizing HR/finance software and state-of-the-art collaboration technologies to maximize accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire payroll processing cycle, including social security and tax payments. • Oversee the performance management, off-boarding, and personnel onboarding procedures. • In the HRIS system, keep up with and update employee records. • Make sure that all applicable labor rules and regulations are followed. • Using programs like Boobooks, oversee the company's financial activities, such as billing, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting. • Compile financial statements and evaluate important performance metrics. • Communicate with outside parties like financial institutions and tax authorities. • Offer leadership strategic advice on financial and human resource-related issues.

Requirements

• Two years minimum of experience in a related finance and HR position • Adept at using online collaboration platforms (such as Zoom, Office 365, and ClickUp) • Proficiency with financial and human resources software (e.g., Bamboo, Boobooks) • Strong knowledge of company finance procedures, including tax and social security laws; outstanding problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills • Exhibited dedication to upholding data security and confidentiality. • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.
