User Research and Design Associate

Overview

To join our Digital team, we are seeking a User Research & Design Associate with great expertise. This position will work alongside our Rori team to assist the group in producing user-facing content. As an Associate for User Research & Design at Rori, you will be essential in improving the comprehension of Rori's educational program in classrooms. The ideal applicant will foster learning via perceptive reporting, creative observation, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• After each classroom observation, create thorough qualitative reports using the proper reporting methods. • Work together with the Rori Content Manager and Learning Design Manager to provide enhancements for each Rori iteration that are based on classroom observations. • Track and examine Rori data in the classroom to find areas that need to be adjusted or improved. • Surveys and interviews with stakeholders can provide qualitative information about how well Rori works as a teaching tool. • Contribute ideas and develop math material for Rori based on advice from teachers and students. • Encourage the development of a teacher training module that will be used when Rori is implemented in a new school. • Teach educators how to use Rori's newest features in the classroom. • Make feature suggestions for Rori based on user feedback. • Help the content manager create high-quality, learner-friendly math content.

Requirements

• Two or more years' experience in content design, user research, or a similar position • Broad knowledge of user research, content production, and insight analysis • Expertise creating and crafting instructional or online math topics and content • Expertise in EdTech is advantageous. • It's advantageous to have prior experience instructing math at the elementary or secondary school levels. • Experience with digital learning in an educational setting is advantageous. • A bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, education, or a similar discipline
