Overview

To assist with the administration of one of our schools in Ghana, we are looking for an ambitious, driven, and extremely organized school manager. Delivering exceptional academic and school improvement results for a school at Kokrobite will be your duty as a school manager. The appropriate applicant will be crucial to our efforts to raise the caliber of instruction and administration at the institution.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the school's administration, operations, and finances, including but not restricted to ongoing marketing initiatives, enrollment drives, and the prompt collecting, handling, and reporting of tuition. • Meet the school's enrollment and attendance goals on a regular basis. • In order to make sure that goals, deadlines, and spending plans are fulfilled, collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy and Operations, the Academics team, and the Operations team. • Make sure that all school employees have received training and are familiar with Rising's most recent Child Protection Policy. • Make that the school has established and is using Rising's monitoring and safety protocols. • Take the necessary steps to guarantee that your school is adequately staffed and operating at the level specified by Rising. • Make that educators receive coaching and have annual access to professional development materials and tools that fulfill the minimal CPD requirements set forth by the National Teacher Council. • Create an environment where learning never stops by regularly reviewing data on staff and school performance, attendance, and student assessment results. • Develop and develop cooperative, beneficial relationships with faculty, students, and the community in keeping with Rising's core values. • Make sure the school's infrastructure and atmosphere are kept up to date so that parents and kids may enjoy an excellent experience.

Requirements

• A master's degree is necessary. • Five years or more of minimum professional experience in the field of education. Running a school is advantageous. • You possess the ability to plan and carry out plans that support the organization's and school's objectives. • You are the most honest and reliable person I know. • You are skilled at creating processes and ensuring that various stakeholders meet defined expectations. • You must possess outstanding verbal and writing English language abilities. • You have no trouble using Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet. You are at ease with technology. • You have excellent communication skills and can inspire, push, and encourage your team members. • You're open to learning new things, offering and accepting criticism, and experimenting with different strategies to reach your objectives. • You are capable of setting priorities, working on your own, and completing tasks with little direction. • You have a strong desire to raise educational standards.
