Caretaker

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tema as a caretaker. As a Caretaker, you will be in charge of the building's upkeep and security. Among your responsibilities will include cleaning, light maintenance and repairs, and building security inspections.

Responsibilities

• Tidying the structure • Verifying that the building and its systems are in proper operating order • Basic maintenance and repairs as needed • Buildings should be opened early in the morning and all doors and windows should be locked while not in use. • Following the organization's safety procedures to make the workplace safe for all employees
