Overview

Individual accountability for adhering to business, process, and compliance regulations is required of this function, which also includes helping a range of clients via phone and social media.

Responsibilities

• Engage in phone and social media sales with clients. • Maintain service quality benchmarks and daily production standards. • Respect business, process, and compliance rules to the letter. • Develop and preserve connections with sales advisors, intermediates, and internal departments. • Utilize phone conversations and social media to manage and cultivate your customer relationships. • Check the quality of your own work and uphold the highest standards of service excellence. • Effectively work together as a team to accomplish organizational goals. • Educate clients on policies and processes and offer support for questions or comments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies • Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making • Solid understanding of online marketing • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication abilities • Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and customer relationship management • Familiarity with web analytics tools • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Experience in managing online sales channels • Understanding of customer behavior and online consumer trends • Strong problem-solving skills
