Within our ecosystem of open source technology, the Full Stack online Developer Tier 2 is in charge of creating new and enhancing existing online applications. In addition to providing application technical support, this person will design and/or change applications based on priority business results. This is an on-site, full-time position.
• Create and improve online apps in an open-source technology setting while keeping in mind the most important business objectives. • Develop and modify applications in accordance with specifications, making sure that design and architectural concepts are followed. • Offer application technical help, including problem-solving and solution implementation. • Make use of REST APIs, Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ExpressJS to create scalable and effective online applications. • Manage projects, handle issues, and maintain version control using common development tools like Jira and Git. • Use RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and Redis to implement queuing and caching algorithms for effective data processing and storage. • Utilize your knowledge of SQL and database architecture, especially with MySQL and MariaDB, to guarantee effective data storage and retrieval. • Learn and use worker/service design patterns to create scalable and reliable applications. Product architecture familiarity to guarantee development is in line with overall system design. • Work together as a team to ensure code quality and preserve the present design structure within an existing codebase. • Adhere to Scrum principles, being aware of how each sprint affects the project/product as a whole. • Apply agile principles to problem-solving, adjusting to shifting priorities and requirements. • Assist the group and enterprise in developing brief, deployable phases, providing benefits gradually. • Champion inspection to determine areas that require improvement and to evaluate the project/product direction. • Actively participate in the Scrum process, recognizing and removing obstacles to assist the team in reaching its objectives. • Take part in departmental, company, and process changes and actively contribute to their successful implementation. • Educate and guide colleagues, imparting knowledge and promoting career advancement. • A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline (or comparable professional experience). • Five years of expertise • Strong technical ability with REST APIs, Node.js, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ExpressJS. • Familiarity with common development tools like Jira for issue tracking and Git for version control. • Familiarity with and hands-on expertise with technologies related to queuing and caching, such as Redis, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ. • Proficiency with MySQL/MariaDB in particular, as well as SQL and database architecture. • Knowledge of service/worker design patterns to create applications that are scalable and effective. • Product architectural knowledge and the capacity to operate within an existing codebase while upholding design hierarchy are prerequisites. • Comprehensive knowledge of agile approaches, including sprint planning and prioritizing, and Scrum principles. • Proactive participation in the Scrum process, recognizing and removing obstacles to help the team achieve its objectives. • Capacity to instill a positive work culture in others by influencing them with the organization's basic values. • A thorough comprehension of business procedures and the capacity to coordinate growth initiatives with corporate objectives. • Knowledge of how the team's efforts affect other departments within the company, encouraging cooperation and coordination. • Capacity to adjust to modifications in the organization, division, and procedure, adopting a growth mentality and being open to learning new methods and technology. • Good team dynamics, particularly the capacity to cooperate within a self-organizing Scrum team environment. • Demonstration of proficient communication abilities and the capacity to offer and accept constructive criticism. • A sincere desire to comprehend the needs and business procedures that the product serves, ensuring that development activities complement the overarching objectives.
