Overview

Examining business performance and seeking opportunities through digital channels, such as websites and applications, are the responsibilities of digital business analysts. They are in charge of assessing an organization's web performance, producing reports, and making data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Think of ways to improve our digital environment going forward to help our business operations. • In order to guarantee an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies, evaluate the compatibility and integration of goods and services that are proposed as standards. • Examine the architecture of our system and share any technical debts, along with any opportunities for automation and mitigation. • Take on the role of project lead for a variety of projects, including software and module updates and global rollouts. • Liaise and collaborate with our global HR, head office, and internal IT divisions.

Requirements

• Primarily in the areas of learning and compensation life cycle, planning, and execution; engineering, test management, application life cycle management, governance design, and execution. • When creating processes and system functionalities, follow the criteria for quality gate, compliance, and audits. • Organize resources both inside and outside the company to specify and execute needs. • Using technologies, including Microsoft 365, Aconso, ServiceNow, SAP-SuccessFactors, and more. • Particular attention to the processes of global mobility, learning, and compensation. • Perform market research on IT, offer prototypes and recommendations, assist and confer with internal stakeholders
