We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help supervisors and staff members with a range of communication and organizing chores. The administrative work scope involves corresponding via phone and email to guarantee that all administrative tasks are finished precisely, provided in a timely way, and with excellent quality

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and route phone calls • Plan and arrange appointments and meetings. • Continually update contact lists • Create and disseminate memos, letters, faxes, and forms. • Aid in the creation of reports that are due on a regular basis • Create and keep up a filing system. • Make trip plans. • Send in and reconcile your spending reports. • Qualifications and requirements for administrative assistants • Demonstrated administrative or assistant experience; familiarity with office management protocols and procedures • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities as well as time management skills. • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail abilities Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Mastery of Microsoft Office

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or experience comparable to it • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities • Capacity to multitask • Adept with the Microsoft Office program
