Multimedia Designer

Overview

A Multimedia Officer is needed full-time on-site in Accra. It will be the Multimedia Officer's responsibility to plan and produce multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and videos. Additionally, they will work with different teams to create and execute multimedia plans, making sure that the content is visually appealing and consistent with the company's image. The Multimedia Officer will also be in charge of overseeing and maintaining multimedia equipment and assets.

Responsibilities

1. Creating visually appealing designs for various digital platforms. 2. Developing engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. 4. Implementing design concepts and ensuring brand consistency across all multimedia materials. 5. Utilizing industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality designs. 6. Conducting research and staying updated with the latest design trends and techniques. 7. Managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. 8. Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and making necessary revisions to designs. 9. Optimizing multimedia content for different platforms and devices. 10. Maintaining a strong attention to detail and ensuring the overall visual integrity of projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency with tools and technologies for multimedia design • Expertise in animation, graphic design, and video editing • Strong artistic and visual storytelling abilities; awareness of current trends and best practices in multimedia • Capacity to collaborate with others and complete projects on time • Outstanding aptitude for problem-solving and communication • An artistic and spontaneous touch is preferred, as is prior experience in technology or a similar field.
