Overview

You will be essential to managing the company's financial plans and operations. As the team leader, you will oversee a group of people who handle money transactions, make sure rules are followed, and offer strategic financial advice to help our business achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements. • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including accountants, financial analysts, and other staff members. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing team culture. • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and goals aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements. • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization's financial stability and reputation. Implement robust internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, investors, regulatory authorities, and auditors. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively to key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Leverage technology and automation solutions to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline is required; a master's degree or CPA certification is desirable. • Five years of demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership position, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. • Strong familiarity with rules, best practices, and financial concepts. • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities. • Strategic thinker with a history of achieving operational excellence and financial achievement. • Expertise with ERP systems and financial applications; advanced Excel abilities are preferred.
