Overview

Looking to add a customer-focused, meticulous Onboarding Specialist to our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be essential to making sure that our clients' transitions onto our platform go well by giving them the direction and assistance they need to get the most out of their experience right away.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Take new clients through the setup, configuration, and first training sessions in the onboarding process. • Technical Support: During the onboarding process, act as the client's main point of contact and handle any technical questions or problems they might have. • Training & Education: Provide clients with individualized instruction on the Built platform's features and functionalities to make sure they fully grasp how to take advantage of its potential. • Documentation: To assist with client onboarding and continuous user education, create and maintain thorough documentation and training materials. • Troubleshooting: Work with internal teams to proactively identify and address any barriers or issues clients may be experiencing during the onboarding process. Quickly put effective solutions into place. • Feedback gathering: Ask customers about their onboarding process and the usability of the platform. Share your findings with the appropriate parties to support ongoing attempts at improvement. • Relationship Management: Establish solid, dependable bonds with clients and act as a reliable resource and counsel for them along the way.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Solid onboarding experience for customers, ideally in the financial technology industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences. • Strong ability to solve problems, pay close attention to detail, and take initiative to meet the needs of clients. • Tech-savvy mentality, adept at utilizing digital platforms and resolving technical problems. • The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
