Business Development Manager

Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company. You'll analyze market trends, develop strategies, and collaborate with various teams to achieve sales targets and expand the company's footprint. Responsibilities

• Develop a new market for the products by raising awareness and providing examples. • Organizing and carrying out each territory activation • Build connections with decision-makers and clientele • Maintain high-quality connections with regulators, industry associations, institutional investors, and middlemen to advance the business's commercial offering. • Manage the product line to achieve corporate goals and increase sales income. • Create sales reports, do data analysis, and provide top management with insights. • Track sales results, pinpoint areas for development, and carry out remedial measures • Oversee the cash collection process to guarantee that sales are paid for on time.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of university study for a bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, general agriculture, or business administration • A track record of accomplishment in sales within the same industry, ideally in a global setting. • Capacity to establish and preserve solid bonds with both internal and external stakeholders • High leadership experience and a solid comprehension of the functions, procedures, and objectives of a company from all angles • The capacity to evaluate data and determine market trends, sales dates, and performance measures • Strong desire to meet goals and produce outcomes
