Overview

A Brand Manager will be working on-site full-time in this capacity. Daily brand management responsibilities for the Brand Manager will include building and implementing brand strategies, gathering market data, designing marketing campaigns, tracking and evaluating brand effectiveness, and working with cross-functional teams. Keeping the brand consistent and raising brand awareness would also fall under the purview of the brand manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing and creating marketing initiatives, both BTL and ATL • Carrying out research and data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the target audience (their requirements, preferences, locations, and engagement tactics) • Creating and presenting concepts and plans to achieve consumer acquisition, brand expansion, and • Comprehending trend research to maintain the brand's competitive edge • Keeping an eye on brand performance and reporting any gaps along with strategies to address the same Brand Management in FMCG • Creating a long-term plan for the brand that takes into account target market, positioning, and USPs. • Putting into practice and overseeing the implementation of all consumer communications, such as packaging, advertising, and promotions. • Offering comprehensive research and comprehension of the category, encompassing competitive product positioning and performance assessments • Communicate creative development issues between the advertising agency and the brand team. • Examine the success of marketing campaigns and gauge the influence of brand messaging. • Keep an eye on and evaluate marketing initiatives intended to maintain a brand's integrity within its target audience.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in an FMCG marketing/brand management position or a related one • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is required, as well as analytical skills in market planning and campaign execution. • Communication abilities to keep lines of communication open with agencies and other stakeholders • Professional proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. • To create effective trade marketing campaigns and increase sales, use your trade marketing and sales expertise. • Capability of both individual and group work
