Maintaining a lively and pleasurable environment for our patrons will be your responsibility as a Games Lounge Attendant in our sports and games lounge in Ghana. Your major responsibilities will be to supervise the functioning of different games, offer top-notch customer support, and keep the area tidy and secure. Along with helping with administrative duties, you'll be expected to contribute to the lounge's general success.
• Operations for Games: Keep an eye on and maintain the equipment and games, such as dart, table tennis, pool tables, futsball tables, and other gaming facilities, to ensure they are operating properly. • Give clients advice and support on how to play games more skillfully. • Assure fair play and settle any disagreements or problems that come up while playing. • Customer service: Give warm, friendly greetings to guests as soon as they arrive. • Help clients choose games and make recommendations according to their tastes. • Respond promptly and expertly to consumer questions, worries, and grievances. • To improve the patron experience, upsell the restaurant's offerings of food, drinks, and services. • Upkeep and tidiness: Make sure games and equipment are in good operating order by doing routine maintenance. • To keep the gaming room, tables, and equipment hygienic, clean and sterilize them on a regular basis. • Stock up on materials like cue sticks, chalk, and game tokens as needed. • Safety and security: To avoid mishaps and injuries, enforce safety laws and guidelines. • Keep an eye on how your customers behave and take action when misbehavior or disruptive behavior arises. • Work together with management to put policies and procedures in place for security to safeguard patrons and property. • Administrative responsibilities: Keep precise records of revenue transactions, inventory levels, and game usage. • Help with cashier tasks, such as issuing receipts and processing payments. • Finish all opening and closing procedures, making sure the premises are secured and reconciling the cash.
• Certificate of senior high school, or its equivalent. • It is desirable if you have prior expertise in customer service or a related function. • Understanding of a variety of games and gaming devices. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. • Basic mathematical abilities to manage payments with cash. • Capacity to perform calmly under pressure in a fast-paced workplace. • The ability to work on the weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
