Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Brand Manager to manage and promote our corporate brand as well as our product brands in Ghana and throughout Africa and the world. The role of the Brand Manager will involve creating and executing all-encompassing marketing plans, guaranteeing uniform brand portrayal, and propelling income expansion in diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Branding Approach: • Create and implement worldwide brand strategy for the corporate brand as well as product lines. • Make sure that brand strategies are in line with the overarching goals of the company. • Recognize market trends and take advantage of them to improve brand positioning. • Advertising Campaigns • Create, organize, and carry out integrated marketing campaigns using both online and offline platforms. • Make eye-catching ads, content, and marketing materials for both B2C and B2B markets. • In charge of above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns, if appropriate. • Both Online and Offline Presence • Oversee Legendary Foods' internet presence on social media, websites, and other online media. • Make sure your offline presence is attractive and consistent across a range of platforms, such as print media and events. • Worldwide Brand Administration • Localize and adjust marketing tactics for various markets while preserving a unified worldwide brand concept. • Work together with regional teams to customize campaigns to the customs and tastes of the target audience. • Management of Reputation • Protect and improve the company's and product brands' reputations throughout the world. • Maintain a positive brand perception by keeping an eye on and responding to reviews and feedback. • Client Division • Utilize customized messaging and marketing tactics to identify and target particular customer segments. • To determine the requirements and preferences of your customers, conduct market research. • Analysis and Reporting • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and how they affect the expansion of brands on a regular basis. • Make use of data-driven insights to improve and streamline marketing tactics.

Requirements

• Shown expertise managing brands in the food technology or FMCG sectors. • A thorough awareness of worldwide marketing trends and the capacity to modify plans for a range of areas. • Expertise in social media administration, content production, and online and offline marketing. • A creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Motivated by results and centered on building brand equity and revenue growth. • Knowledge of both B2C and B2B marketing avenues.
