As an HR Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and managing a team. Your duties may include recruiting and hiring new employees, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You would also play a crucial role in training and development programs for employees.
• Overseeing the hiring process, which includes advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, holding interviews, and selecting candidates for employment. • Supervising the new hire onboarding process and making sure they have the training and orientation they need to contribute to the team. • Overseeing the processes involved in performance reviews, establishing objectives, giving staff feedback, and resolving performance-related concerns when they arise. • Addressing issues pertaining to employee relations, including disputes, complaints, and disciplinary measures. • Giving managers and staff direction on HR policies and practices. • Directing the upkeep and updating of HRIS systems to guarantee current and accurate payroll data, personnel records, and other HR-related data. • Creating and putting into practice plans to support worker retention, happiness, and engagement inside the company.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a similar discipline. • It is necessary to have the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, or its equivalent. • Although not necessary, a master's degree in human resources or a similar discipline is preferable. • Solid professional background as an HR executive or manager • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws • Familiarity with databases and HR systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software. • Outstanding ability to set priorities and manage time. • Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and verbally; at ease utilizing Slack and other basic tech platforms. • Capacity and willingness to work in a demanding, fast-paced atmosphere with colleagues who push you to grow every day.
