Technology Educator

Overview

We are looking for a talented person to fill the position of Technology Educator (S), who will be in charge of providing extensive technology programs to a wide range of students. The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable in a variety of tech fields and adept at teaching in both virtual and classroom environments.

Responsibilities

BASIC Computer Classes:

Educate kids in primary through senior high school about information technology in a fun and educational manner.

Make use of useful resources to enable a hands-on learning environment.

Cisco Networking Academy:

Possess extensive understanding of the Cisco Networking Academy course materials to function as a NetAcad Instructor.

Provide training in the classroom, virtually, or in accordance with the Cisco Networking Academy curriculum.

Carry out hands-on activities in the lab or classroom, utilizing interactive learning to reinforce course materials.

AWS Programs:

Facilitate programs related to Amazon Web Services, ensuring participants gain practical insights and skills.

Primary Objectives of the Instructor:

Provide engaging classroom instruction and hands-on lab sessions.

Develop lesson activities, training slides, lab materials, and other approved resources for effective training.

Demonstrate effective presentation skills to enhance students' understanding of the subject matter

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other necessary documentation.

Ensure cleanliness and security of the class/lab area.

 Manage and upkeep lab infrastructure as required.

Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students of all levels.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, combining theoretical knowledge with practical expertise.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

Degrees or certifications in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline Work experience and CCNA or AWS certifications are preferable.
