Architect

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling spaces. The Architect will lead projects from concept development through construction completion, collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Prepare schematic designs, 3D models, presentations, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design integrity.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and consultant coordination.
• Support permit applications and regulatory approvals.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve design or construction issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and project coordination abilities.
