Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced General Manager – EBU Sales to entrench the Business Brand within the Enterprise Market (Corporate & SME) with a view to having the dominant market share, leading all regions and teams in the acquisition, growth and customer management of B2B customers across all product lines.
Responsibilities
- Lead regular market sizing and market insight analysis which will form the basis for pipeline development and route to market planning for different sub segments.
- Use market insight to develop, implement and monitor unique enterprise value propositions and solutions, in line with identified sector and geographical needs.
- Lead both HQ and Regional sales teams in developing and executing sales initiatives targeted at enhancing profitability.
- Take accountability for applying the appropriate control to ensure quality of sales for all channels.
- Perform regular review of the Sales and collection Incentive Plan – Measurement Criteria, Monthly/Quarterly targets etc to ensure alignment with business focus and strategy.
- Ensure that all the shared services departments’ functions are fully aligned to support the delivery of commercial KPIS.
- Develop the framework for gathering and analyzing competitor’s activities as well as relevant market development, propose and implement pre-emptive counter measures.
- Lead coordination of content development and delivery of skill enhancement programs to enhance professionalism of the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (10 years) in B2B sales and operations management – with demonstrated ability to manage cross functional team and Senior Stakeholders.
- Strong Commercial Acumen.
- Extensive experience in, and knowledge of ICT & telecoms services, applying this expertise in a customer-focused way to deliver business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills including presenting & negotiation up to C Level audiences.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team to manage complex and transformational Programmes/Projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and growth mind-set required to succeed in the role.
