Area Sales Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Area Sales Supervisor to join our team. This field-based role is responsible for the daily ground-level execution and maintenance of retail standards within a specific area. The supervisor ensures excellent in-store presence, product inventory and DOS management, and promoter effectiveness to drive sales at the store level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to all assigned markets and stores.
• Maintain all branding materials (POSM), report maintenance needs and follow up the execution, and ensure compliance with display standards. Actively seek premium display spaces.
• Distribute and retrieve marketing materials in a timely manner, particularly during campaign periods.
• Execute all tactical marketing and promotional activities as directed.
• Monitor store safety stock levels daily.
• Support the supply relationship, ensuring inventory availability.
• Accurately report store inventory levels and train FSM store owners on reporting procedures.
• Support the expansion of directly managed stores and their sales volume in the area.
• For Eastern and Wa positions: visiting small towns to identify and secure new customer, and pull through supply.
• Ensure promoters are present, engaged, and utilizing effective sales scripts.
• Report on promoter status and basic performance at stores, in collaboration with the branch training team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; further education a plus.
• At least 2 years of field sales or retail execution experience.
• Familiarity with the local retail landscape in the assigned area is highly advantageous.
• Diligent, reliable, honest and strong in follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with store owners and promoters.
