Packaging Machine Operator

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain packaging machinery in our production facility. The role involves ensuring efficient packaging operations, maintaining product quality, and adhering to safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines and equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Set up machines for different packaging formats and product specifications.
• Inspect packaged products to ensure quality standards and proper labeling.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
• Record production data and report any operational issues.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical training in mechanical or manufacturing fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in machine operation or packaging line operations.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in shift-based production environments.
• Experience with automated packaging systems and production lines.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards such as ISO or HACCP.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
