Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with Modern Trade experience to manage and grow sales within organized retail channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling relationships with modern trade partners, ensuring product availability, executing promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with modern trade retailers and key accounts.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across modern trade outlets.
  • Execute in-store promotions, trade marketing activities, and product launches.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Track sales performance and prepare sales reports and market insights.
  • Negotiate shelf space, displays, and promotional placements with retail partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales within modern trade / organized retail preferably in Cosmetics or FMCG industry.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and trade marketing activities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
