Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy, optimizing our e-commerce platforms, and improving the overall customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Media, Production, Sales, Accounts and External Teams to deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience that drives sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our e-commerce website, ensuring all product listings are up-to-date with accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase online sales, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and SEO optimization.
- Improve website navigation, layout, and functionality to create a user-friendly and efficient shopping experience. Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate with the Creative teams (either in-housed or outsourced) to produce high-quality images, product videos, and engaging copy that aligns with the brand voice.
- Collaborate with the Digital Media team for active social media campaigns to promote the ecommerce business.
- Coordinate with the inventory and supply chain teams to ensure stock levels are maintained, and customer demand is met.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales, user engagement, and overall site performance.
- Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Manage email marketing tools & campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales.
- Work with e-commerce platform (Shopify) to manage daily operations and explore new tools and plugins for enhanced functionality.
- Build and coordinate customer support to address e-commerce-related inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies, making proactive suggestions to keep the company ahead in the digital space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces, product listing management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform (Shopify), Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, basic HTML/CSS and basic SEO tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and website personalization tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
