Overview

A reputable Hotel is looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and high presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
  • Assign duties and schedules to room attendants and cleaners.
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures and company standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.
  • Request replenishment of cleaning materials and guest amenities.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Senior High School Certificate, a Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control.
