Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
