Warehouse Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, and ensure efficient storage, distribution, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, maintain safety standards, improve operational performance, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Conduct regular stock counts and minimize discrepancies.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Schedule shifts and optimize workforce productivity.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on KPIs.
• Maintain proper use of warehouse systems (WMS/ERP).
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
